   DigiSkillPro™ offers digital products such as eBooks, templates, guides, and toolkits. No physical items are shipped.
2. Eligibility
   You must be 18 years or older, or use the Website under parental/guardian supervision.
3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely via Phone Pay/ Paytm / Razorpay / other authorized Indian payment gateways.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

1. Digital Delivery
   Files are delivered instantly after successful payment via on-screen link and/or email.
   If you do not receive the file within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
2. License of Use
   Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the digital file for your own learning or business reference.
   Redistribution, resale, public upload, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
   As our products are instant digital downloads, they are non-returnable.
   However, we offer a 3-day grievance window for:

• Duplicate payments
• Failed or missing downloads
• Corrupted or unusable files with no working replacement

To report an issue, email digishoper24@gmail.com with your order ID within 3 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
